Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Customs4Cancer. |
Manner of notifying prize winners |
Prize winners will be contacted via email and telephone. |
Publication of results |
Results will be published on our website and social media pages. |
Disputes arising in attempting to contact the prize winner |
If a winner cannot be contacted Customs4Cancer will notify and consult the various regulators of each state to discuss how to resolve the situation including a possible timeframe for a redraw. |
Prize claim period |
Prize winners have three months to claim their prize, commencing from the date they are notified. In accordance with Part 4 of the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 the prize will be carefully preserved until it has been awarded. Winners must cont’d ↓ |

Circumstances for redetermination of prize winners |
If a prize is not claimed within the prize claim period of three months or is invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, Customs4Cancer will provide NSW Fair Trading with the steps taken to contact the prize winner and seek approval to redraw the prize. |
Additional Term (1) – Prize |
The winner must provide all information and documentation necessary to enable Customs4Cancer to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Vehicle Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory the winner chooses to register. |
Additional Term (2) – Privacy |
Customs4Cancer and its associated marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any participant that has decided to receive communications from the promoter. The participant can discontinue these communications at any time if they no longer wish to receive this |
