Terms and Conditions – Chevy Nova

By purchasing a ticket in the 1970 Chevy Nova Raffle conducted by Customs4Cancer Pty Ltd an entrant is bound by the following terms and conditions.

The 1970 Chevy Nova Raffle has been promoted by Customs4Cancer Pty Ltd (ACN 642 033 190) located at Carnegie Financial Services Pty ltd Level 7, 34 Charles St, Parramatta, NSW 2150.

 Promotion period

The 1970 Chevy Nova Raffle will commence on the 1/10/2020 and close on the 1/02/2021. No entries will be accepted after this time.

 Relevant State(s)

Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, and Victoria

 Entry Restrictions

A person is not eligible to purchase a ticket if they are:

  1. Aged younger than 18 years old at the time of the commencement of the raffle
  2. A member of the management of the incorporated eligible association conducting the art union. 
  3. Directly engaged in conducting the draw of the art union
  4. The incorporated eligible association conducting the art union 
  5. A member of the immediate family of a member of Customs4Cancer. [“Immediate family”, is the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.]

There is no limit on the number of entries per participant.

 Draw Date & Features

The 1970 Chevy Nova Raffle will be drawn on 04/02/2021 at 323 Castlereagh Street, Haymarket NSW 2000. In association with DrawMyComp via the draw method of online random selection.

 Prize Restrictions/Exclusions

Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Customs4Cancer.

 Manner of notifying prize winners

Prize winners will be contacted via email and telephone.

 Publication of results

Results will be published on our website and social media pages.

 Disputes arising in attempting to contact the prize winner

If a winner cannot be contacted Customs4Cancer will notify and consult the various regulators of each state to discuss how to resolve the situation including a possible timeframe for a redraw.

 Prize claim period

Prize winners have three months to claim their prize, commencing from the date they are notified. In accordance with Part 4 of the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 the prize will be carefully preserved until it has been awarded. Winners must    cont’d ↓

Circumstances for redetermination of prize winners

If a prize is not claimed within the prize claim period of three months or is invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, Customs4Cancer will provide NSW Fair Trading with the steps taken to contact the prize winner and seek approval to redraw the prize.

Additional Term (1) – Prize

The winner must provide all information and documentation necessary to enable Customs4Cancer to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Vehicle Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory the winner chooses to register.

Additional Term (2) – Privacy

Customs4Cancer and its associated marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any participant that has decided to receive communications from the promoter. The participant can discontinue these communications at any time if they no longer wish to receive this
information.
